1518 Long Avenue | How to Build New Construction with Historic Character

We live in the community where we build. We get to know our neighbors. We support the area businesses, and we get our inspiration and design ideas by walking the neighborhood.

This historic replica home we built on Long Avenue in East Nashville is an example of inspiration that comes from the neighborhood. It’s also what the neighbors requested for replacing the trailer that previous occupied the site.

Created by our in-house design team, the 1905 replica has a welcoming front porch and Victorian architectural details. The interior highlights locally crafted features including kitchen shelving made from reclaimed wood, salvaged barn wood and corbels on the see-through fireplace and a beautiful stained glass window.
